Mr Tire Auto Service Centers at 1415 US 70 Hwy W, Garner, North Carolina.

I've only came to get an oil change a few times and in that aspect I know they do an excellent job and charge a reasonable price. The only problem is everytime I have ever came they never greet, nor acknowledge me when first entering the business....and I am left standing their until it is convenient for them to initiate a business transaction of some sort. I've also experienced a lot of push back where I am told it will be a 3-4 hr wait and ONLY for them to tell me 30-45 minutes later your car is almost ready. My last visit I came in at 11:15AM....and they advised me they were extremely busy and they probably won't get to my oil change until 4-5PM, mind you I decided to stay b/c they still do a good job and I've been given push back like this before.....suddenly at 12:15pm I am advised that my vehicle is currently being worked on. For what it is worth the quality of the work is excellent for the price they are asking,...I just wish the customer service was more welcomi ng, rather than feeling like I'm an inconvenience to them; if this could be done, then the overall experience would be awesome.
