I took my wedding dress here to be pressed and spot cleaned after having the alterations. When I received it back today, I got out in a clear bag instead of the davids bridal bag, which is annoying since i share a closet with my fiancee but whatever. It also came back on a wire hanger and they stuck pins through my dress to secure it to the hanger so now i have pin holes in the bust of my dress. And there's dirt spots on the bust I'm beyond angry and will never use them again.
