I go to the store in White Oaks yesterday at 6:15p.m. with 1 male waiting and 2 styles in the store assisting there customer. I was asked by the styles do I want a cut, and I explain No, I would like a wash, blow dry and press then advised you need an appointment. Well - I was advised prior by the staff no appointment was required you can just walk-in. Crazy, if ONLY 1 PERSON Waiting on a cut, why do you need an appointment if the store was SLOW at the present time, PLUS the store did not close until 9p.m. Guess, I have to search for another Great Clips who assist on the spot when the store is not busy.
