Absolutely WORST, i'll say it once again, WORST car dealership that I have been to so far! These guys are so UNPROFESSIONAL, i'll say it again, UNPROFESSIONAL! wish I could give these guys ABSOLUTELY ZERO, i'll say it again, ABSOLUTELY ZERO stars! It all started out when I was looking for a Ford Explorer Hybrid that I found on Atlantic Auto Sales website. I said okay, no problem, the car looks pretty good. The website said that the car had absolutely no problems, great on gas, nothing wrong with the engine and transmission. But it did have an accident, but according to them it was very " minor " and did not impact the transmission of the vehicle. And before I went to the car dealership, I called the " manager " of the dealership and he assured me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car guarenteed, and he would assist me on any questions I had about the accident. I said ok, so I drove all the way from my home in Cary to Atlantic Auto Sales in Garner, North Carolina. I arrived rougly 15 - 20 minutes before they were going to close. So I walk in there, and I see this one guy looking at me like I have two faces this was pretty strange to me, and strange because he was possibly speaking to the " manager to the dealership " right in front of me. I just shake this minor issue off, and then I meet the '' manager '" The " manager " then introduces himself and I introduce myself to him. I tell him about problems that are associated with the Ford Escape Hybrid car, and if he can show me a tour of the car. Instead, he just gives me two keys and points to the direction on where the car is located at. So I look at the car, and I realize that it is a Ford Explorer and Not a Ford Escape Hybrid. I go back into the dealership and he points out that the Hybrid is located at a very impermeable tight spot in the back corner of the dealerhsip, and he doesn't come with me. So I had to walk all the way around the DEALERSHIP to get to this vehicle. But I kept my cool, and I did not seem bothered by this obvious red flag. Once I finally get to the Escape Hybrid, I start looking around and see if there is anything wrong with the car except for some paint wearing off and collecting dust which doesn't bother me. Nothing seems wrong on the outside, so I unlock the key and get inside the hybrid car. Nothing seems wrong on the inside, and it is pretty clean. Now for the main reason I wanted this car in the first place. I insert the key into the ignission, and I hear quite a few beeps. CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, CHECK BRAKES LIGHT, CHECK GAS LIGHT, and CHECK AIRBAG LIGHT. At that moment, I felt extremely violated and lied to by these " trustworthy owners ". I felt like I had just been mocked and fooled at by someone that told me that they had ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT that there wasn't a single issue with this Ford Escape Hybrid, except for a very minor accident that doesn't hurt the transmission. Anyways, after this whole situation, I walked back inside the dealership, gave them the keys and said goodbye. So once again, these guys were EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, and they just want to SCAM you for your MONEY ONLY! I wiss I could give this delarship WITHOUT A DOUBT ABSOLUTELY ZERO STARS! And one more thing, unless you want to end up in my situation and experience I've been through with Atlantic Auto Sales, I STRONGLY URGE AND RECCOMMEND to NEVER visit their website, NEVER give these guys a call, and to NEVER step foot on Atlantic Auto Sa;es ever again in your life! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED: STAY AWAY FROM ATLANTIC AUTO SALES!
